We install hard-wearing flooring in lobbies, corridors, amenity rooms and stairwells — luxury vinyl plank and tile that handle foot traffic, salt and snow, and still look sharp years later. Fresh paint in corridors, lobbies and parkade stairwells brightens the building, covers scuffs and makes the whole property feel cared for. New blinds and window coverings in common areas and offices control glare and heat, add privacy and give a finished, uniform look from the street. Because one crew handles flooring, paint and blinds together, the work is sequenced to keep noise and disruption to a minimum.
Smart Technology: Access Control, Cameras and Intercoms
A modern building is also a secure and convenient one. We install fob and access-control systems that let you manage who enters the parkade, amenity rooms and common areas — and revoke access instantly when a fob is lost or a tenant moves out. High-definition security cameras cover entrances, parkades and shared spaces, deterring theft and vandalism and giving boards a clear record when incidents happen. Video intercom systems let residents see and speak to visitors before buzzing them in, and they integrate with the access system for one simple setup. How It Works: Walkthrough, One Quote, Phased Work
Every building upgrade starts with a free walkthrough. We tour the property with your board or manager, listen to what residents complain about, and note the condition of siding, paint, flooring, blinds and security. Within days you receive one written quote covering the whole scope — no separate contractors to chase, no surprise extras. Work is then phased floor by floor or area by area, so the building stays occupied and running throughout: residents keep their routines, businesses keep their doors open, and we keep common areas clean and safe at the end of every day. A single project lead keeps you updated, and we do a final walkthrough with you before we call the job done.
Questions Boards and Property Managers Ask
Can you work while the building is occupied? Yes — that is the norm for us. We phase work by floor or area, schedule noisy work for daytime hours, and keep exits, elevators and common areas usable throughout.
Do we have to do everything at once? No. Many boards start with the highest-impact items — usually siding or lobby and corridor flooring — and schedule the rest in later phases under the same plan and pricing framework.
Who handles communication with residents? We provide notices and schedules you can share with residents, and your project lead gives regular progress updates to the board or manager.
